RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Due to the nearly infinite number of configurations we offer, all EpoxyTops-made products are considered custom in nature. We regret that there is no resale market for our countertops, and they are therefore not returnable. If there is a problem with your order, please tell us! We will make it right!
PURCHASED PRODUCTS
We will honor the return policies specified for the manufacturer on items that we purchase for resale. Items that we regularly stock, such as sinks, may be returned for a full refund if returned in resalable condition. Special order items, such as pegboards, may be returned with a restocking fee if returned in resalable condition.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
Products that are damaged or shorted in transit must be refused or clearly noted on the proof of delivery. If shipping damage is noted, we will work with you to replace your damaged products as quickly as possible at no charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Epoxy Tops has a very simple order cancellation policy. You may cancel your order in whole or in part at any time up to the date of shipment. If you choose to cancel your order, you must pay for the engineering, production planning, and actual production cost incurred for your shipment up to the date of cancellation, including the cost of any non-returnable special order items. Please be aware that to minimize your potential expense, we will put a production hold on your order at the first notification of an intent to cancel. That means that if you indicate your order may be canceled, and then you later decide not to cancel the order, your order will be delayed.
